Q: I have trouble running one of your programs, what do I do?
A:Firstly, look in the Troubleshooting section and see if the problem can be solved using the information provided on that page. If there still would be any problems, you may contact us using the contact form. Please remind to provide us with specific information about the problem and any system information needed.
Q: I have found one or several bugs in a program or a game, can you fix it?
A:As soon as we hear about any bug or problem with any of our softwares we will look into it. Once the problem is solved, usually an update will be released on this site. We are glad when people send bugreports to us - that way we can provide you with a solution much faster.
2. The Website
Q: Can you do a link exchange with my website?
A: In most cases the answer will be: yes. However we will not perform exchanges with sites we find inappropriate.
